Michael Klein
Mr. Klein is the owner of Hydrozonix Investments, LLC, and currently serves as Co-Founder and CEO of bio364, an organic horticultural media maker for high value crops. He is also currently a Co-Founder and Managing Member of Sweetwater Music Hall and Hydrozonix. Prior to these roles, Mr. Klein served as CEO of multiple ventures including Modulus Guitars, Roxanne’s and Vitel International Inc. He has served on the board of directors of Palm Beach Aggregates, Rainforest Action Network and Common Sense Media. Mr. Klein received his bachelors degree in economics and computer science from Pomona College in 1978 and his MBA from Harvard University in 1982.
William T. "Teddy" Phillips Junior
Mr. William T. Phillips, Jr., also known as Teddy, has been Chief Executive Officer of Phillips and Jordan, Inc since 2009 and serves as its Vice-Chairman. Mr. Phillips joined P&J in 1989. During his tenure, he served as Vice President of Real Estate & Corporate Development of Phillips and Jordan, Inc. He serves on the board of directors of companies in real estate and construction sectors. Mr. Phillips majored in Business Management while attending Western Carolina University in Cullowhee, North Carolina, and he served on the university’s board of trustees from 2000 to 2009.
Enrique A. Tomeau
Mr. Tomeau is the sole owner and. EO of Siboney Contracting Co. Siboney is a transportation and logistics provider to the aggregate, construction, disaster recovery, and oil and gas industries. In addition, Mr. Tomeu founded American Asphalt Inc., a leading highway paving contractor with two asphalt plants in the Orlando, Florida market. Mr. Tomeu sold the company in 1997to the Vecilio Group. In 1995 he founded American Remedial Technologies Inc. in Lynwood, California. At the time it was one of the largest Thermal Desorption soil treatment facilities in the U.S. Mr. Tomeu later became the CEO of Evans Environmental Services and is currently President, CEO of PBA Holdings, Inc. and Palm Beach Aggregates, LLC.
German Curá
Mr. Curá is a member of the Company’s board of directors and also holds the position of Chairman of the Board. He also serves as Vice Chairman at Tenaris and has serves as President of Tenaris operations in North America until May 2, 2018, a position held since 2006. Previously, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Maverick Tubulars as well as President and Cheif Executive Officer of Hydril. He was also a member of the board of directors of API and currently serves as a member of the board of directors of the American Iron and Steel Institute (AISI) and of Deep Ocean AS. He is a Marine Engineer from the Instituto Technológico de Buenos Aires and earned his MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology
