Ben R. Turner
Chief Executive Officer

Ben R. Turner was appointed Chief Executive Officer in March 2011.  Mr. Turner was the President of Phillips and Jordan, Inc. (P&J) from to 1993 to 2012.  He joined P&J in 1977 as a Project Manager; during his tenure he served as a Vice President, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, and in 1993 was promoted to President.  Over the years, Mr. Turner has been Project Executive for several major civil works and disaster recovery projects.  Prior to P&J, he held various positions, including Company Manager, with the Fred Lothridge Company, a civil works contractor.  Mr. Turner attended Southern Technical Institute, a Georgia Tech school of engineering.


J. Patrick McMullen 
Chief Financial Officer

Patrick McMullen was appointed Chief Financial Officer in March 2011. Mr. McMullen is also Executive Vice President, CFO, and Treasurer of Phillips and Jordan, Inc. He joined P&J in 1994. He is responsible for long and short range financial planning, the maintenance of P&J’s accounting department, job cost records, and financial controller functions. Prior to P&J, Mr. McMullen was Vice President of Avisco, Inc., an environmental contractor. He has also worked for the accounting firms of Harb Goldstone Associates and Morris & Delarbe. Mr. McMullen holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of South Florida.


Jim Reynolds
President

Jim Reynolds is an industry veteran, with nearly three decades of experience in the oilfield service sector, and has worked in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, South America, and the United States. He graduated from Texas A&M in 1978 with a degree in electrical engineering. Most recently, Mr. Reynolds was a Regional Manager for Schlumberger.


Barry Hinton
Senior Operations Manager

Prior to joining Hydrozonix in January, 2012, Mr. Hinton was Principal of Vios Industries LLC, an engineering solutions consulting firm with concentrations in the environmental and petroleum industries. Before founding Vios Industries in 2009, he held various management and sales positions with Thermo Fluids, Inc., focusing on petroleum recovery and recycling. Prior to Thermo Fluids, he held technical and executive operational management positions with TPS Technologies Inc., in both the United States and Europe, focusing on environmental soil remediation. Mr. Hinton graduated from the University of Wyoming with a BS in Electrical Engineering after which he began his career in the Oil and Gas Industry with Schlumberger Well Services in Oklahoma.
